Register your certificate on line and click on the promotion, then hit reservations or book it to reserve your accommodations, make sure you read through the conditions and have a credit card handy to make your reservation. Q. Why is it so inexpensive?
A. Let's start from the basics. Hotels want their rooms filled. This is how they stay in business. They can spend a fortune on advertising and still have vacancies. As wholesalers, we buy rooms in bulk and guarantee a certain amount of guests. This ultimately benefits the hotel so they provide a price and a package that is extremely attractive to the customer. As well as, these are quality hotels and condos that stand by their reputations. They get a lot of repeat business and referrals. So, if you stay there once, odds are you'll come back again. The philosophy is - give the first time customer a great deal, let them experience the quality and the hotel has a chance to make a customer for life. It's old-fashioned good business. -
Q. Is it a timeshare?
A. No this not a timeshare. These are no-strings attached vacations at reputable hotels and resorts. It's your vacation to do what you want. If you come across a timeshare operation that offers you an incentive to sit through a presentation, use your discretion. But ask yourself why you would even consider timeshare when there are exclusive travel clubs available that will give you more benefits than timeshare without any of the negatives. Q. Are the travel certificates transferable?

Q. I went to the hotel and they did not have my reservation?
A. You must make your reservation through EVE TRAVEL before traveling to any of the hotels or resorts with your package. -
Q. How long are the certificates valid?
A. One year from date of purchase. -
Q. What if I lose the certificate?
A. Having a certificate is virtually like having a hotel room key. Whoever finds the lost certificate can call for reservations and use the coupons. So the answer is - keep your certificates in a safe place. You can contact us for assistance. -
Q. How much are the certificates?
A. Just $69.95 - $149.95 -
Q. Are the any additional fees?
A. There's a nominal reservation fee to reserve your deluxe accommodation, please fully read your entire package. Refer to your certificate as each promotion has different reservation fees that apply. Again, this is a reservation fee and guarantees your reservation and room rate. Without this nominal fee, we have learned people would book a reservation and not show up. In any case, you always save because it's always cheaper than rack-rate. -
Q. When I purchased my package I do not recall the sales person mentioning anything about reservation fees. I thought my trip was covered in my original certificate purchase.
A. All of our agents are trained to explain how the package works including additional fees. To safe guard against any misrepresentation we had you fill out a receipt with a signature box asking for a signature that you have read and understood the restrictions, without a signature the agent will not receive any sales commission. Q. Any restrictions?
A. For all promotions users must be 21 years of age or older, excluding Mexico. Major holidays like 4th of July, Labor Day, and New Year's Eve are usually blacked out. -
Q. How are the certificates sold?
A. Trade shows, business-to-business, or thru www.downunderpromos.com and by select invitation.
